BEGINNING STUDENT PROJECTS AND COSTS Bracelet/Earrings/Pendants
In 18 hours - $300 - Student creates 3 - 5 Bracelet, Earrings or Pendant jewelry pieces.
Techniques
: Create texture on metal with hammer, rolling mill, flex shaft, etc.
: Cut metal designs with hand saw & shears
: Shape designs using pliers & dapping tools
: Create links/jump rings creating bails, clasps, chain, etc
: Basic riveting-cold connection
: Torch startup & melt metal
In 25 hours - $400 - Student creates 3 - 5 Bracelet, Earrings or Pendant jewelry pieces.
Techniques : Create texture on metal with hammer, rolling mill, flex shaft, templates, etc.
: Cut metal designs with hand saw, shears & pancake dies
: Pierced designs, drilling & sawing skills
: Shape designs using pliers, dapping tools, & steel mandrels
: Create links/jump rings creating bails, clasps; chain making
“To solder or not?” is the question.
: Basic riveting-cold connection & tab or prong setting
: Torch basics & safe use; melting, texturing, annealing, soldering & adding patina to metal with the torch
For schools: Pre-book for 5 student class
Six 3 hour sessions =18 hours $300 per student
Five 5 hour sessions =25 hours $400 per student
The pricing per sessions include copper for the projects to be taught, individual work stations with tools and use of studio2 equipment for the projects.

For individuals:
$35 per students per hour, minimum 2-3 hours $$70-$105
$30 per student per hour with 2-5 students, minimum 3 hours $90
